Required Forms & Documentation:

• Download a copy of the 2024 Rental Agreement (doc.)  and Rental Agreement (pdf).
• Complete the lease form and return it to the MPYH office and a certificate of insurance from the renter. Insurance certificates should demonstrate $1 million in liability coverage and list Mulberry Point Yacht Harbor as an additional insured.

A Dock, Slip 62

Slip size 33′ x 12′ available for the 2025 season. This slip will accommodate a 36′ LOA boat. Great views of the Stillwater Lift Bridge. Watch the 4th of July fireworks from the back of your boat. Steps from Stillwater’s shopping and restaurants. New docks in 2018- Ipe decking, plumbing, electrical. Secure gates, pool use, and winter storage spots are included in the slip rental. E Dock, Slip 117

Slip size 37′ x 13′ is available for the 2025 season. This slip can accommodate a boat with a length overall (LOA) of 40 feet. It is conveniently located close to the parking, gate, and bathrooms, and is well protected from wind and waves. The slip is just steps away from Stillwater’s shopping and restaurants. The docks were newly installed in 2018 and feature IPE decking, plumbing, and electrical systems. The rental of the slip includes secure gates, and use of the pool. The price for the slip rental is $8,000.00.
