Selling and leasing your slip

 

 

 

 

 

To sell your slip, you will need:

  • Your Membership Certificate

  • Your Occupancy Agreement

  • Transfer fee of $100.00

  • Proof of sales documents

  • Waiver of Lien from your mortgage institution, if applicable

  • Access Cards

  • Sale of Slip Information form

 

All dues and assessments must be paid in full prior to sale. The MPYH Board will

review all sales prior to signing off on the "Right of First Refusal" on the Sale of

Slip Information form.

 

 

 

 

To lease (rent out) your slip:

  1. Contact MPYH office for slip lease form and a copy of Rules / Conduct policy

  2. Complete the lease form and return to MPYH office

  3. Certificate of insurance from the renter must be sent to MPYH office

  4. Provide lessee (renter) with a copy of the Rules and Conduct Policy

             

 

                   Note: A new rental agreement must be completed each year.
